In early 2023, we spent a week in residence at Ox-Bow, a live/work art school in Saugatuck, Michigan. We worked with the leadership and full staff to deepen their skillfulness in communication and empathic problem solving.

Others partnered with Water Resources Engineer Anna Kladzyk Constantino on "Empathy for Earthlings.” Our aim was to empower participants to replace human-centered problem-solving with life-centered thinking.

CONNECTING THE TEAM

We are OTHERS, a collective of facilitators, working session designers, and moderators who create and lead experiences with deep insight and active neutrality.

Developed and led by Karen Faith, our sessions empower participants with advanced skills of curiosity, non-judgment and self-awareness while guiding them to achieve their shared aims.

Our tools come from decades of work in design thinking, brand strategy, art pedagogy, and behavioral science.

Our first aim was to work better with one another. The wild success it brings to business is what we found along the way. OTHERS work isn’t an ice breaker, can’t replace DE&I training, and won’t erase a PR nightmare if you’re having one, but we’re happy to help with all of those things, no judgments. We are here to do the work of understanding ourselves and others. Let’s get started.
