We are Others Unlimited, a collective of ethnographic researchers who train individuals and teams with the observational skills we honed in the field.

Developed and led by Karen Faith, our curriculum empowers participants with advanced skills of curiosity, non-judgment and self-awareness when engaging with others, or designing experiences for them.

Our tools come from decades of work in design thinking, brand strategy, art pedagogy, and behavioral science.

Our first aim was to create harmony with one another. The wild success it brings to business is what we found along the way. Others work isn’t an ice breaker, can’t replace DE&I training, and won’t erase a PR nightmare if you’re having one, but we’re happy to help with all of those things, no judgments. We are here to do the work of understanding ourselves and others. Let’s get started.
